Felice’s Makeup Diary


 

SAFETY MEASURES

 

If you are experiencing any signs of sickness on the day of your appointment, please contact Felice immediately and next actions can be discussed. 


 

It is the responsibility of the client to notify Felice of any known allergies/skin sensitivity that may cause a reaction and ensure that any changes have been updated in the online form (can be updated through the email link at the bottom). Felice is not responsible for any allergic/adverse reactions from the products or methods used if Felice is not notified beforehand and takes no responsibility for any physical accidents that occur.

 

In the unlikely event that Felice is unable to fulfill services on the day of your wedding (due to illness, hospitalization, family emergency etc.), Felice reserves the right to appoint another hair and makeup artist to step in and fulfill her duties on the day.

DEPOSITS

 

All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable (from appointments and onto other services). Once a deposit has been made, it will be deemed that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. A deposit must be made for all bookings to secure your appointment, this will be deducted from the total cost of your service. The remaining amount must be paid on the day of service.

 

CANCELLATIONS / NO SHOWS

 

If an appointment is canceled, your deposit will not be refunded. If you wish to completely cancel your appointment please email felicesmakeupdiary@gmail.com, however you must be aware that your deposit will not be refunded and a new deposit is required for a new booking. 

 

In the case of where you have booked for a party of people, and do not wish to cancel your whole appointment but reduce it by less services, a $50 cancellation fee will be applied for every service forfeited from the original booking.
